Planned Parenthood Cares About Women – But Doesn’t Want Them Seeing Ultrasounds!

Posted on July 19, 2016 in Life by

Planned Parenthood wants to keep women from seeing an ultra-sound of their baby before they make a final decision to have an abortion.

Nope, that’s not a false statement. That statement comes right out of an article reporting on events taking place in Indiana. A recent article reports:

LIARS: Planned Parenthood Finally Admits They Don’t Do Mammograms

Posted on October 6, 2015 in Life by

In my estimation Planned Parenthood is one of our nation’s most corrupt, criminal organizations. One could hardly find a redeeming quality about the abortion business worth mentioning. Despite efforts to sell Americans a polished image as a woman’s health organization, Planned Parenthood has watched helplessly as videos exposing it’s true nature as a house of death have revealed an image more akin to founder Margaret Sanger’s intent: a highly developed killing machine.

Bold Politician Displays Compassion for Homosexuals By Being Honest

Posted on December 29, 2014 in Sexuality by

A council member has come under severe attack from the public and colleagues alike for seemingly doing nothing more than speaking the truth.

Rosalie Crestani, the Rise Up Australia Party’s councilor for the City of Casey, has been the subject of what amounts to a smear campaign against her for her willingness to speak out against the health dangers of homosexuality. In the rush to make everyone accept and celebrate the homosexual lifestyle, the inherent health dangers have been deliberately ignored. Who in their right mind would support a lifestyle that is inherently dangerous to a person’s physical, mental, and emotional health? So honesty has been replaced by political correctness.

The reality that the average homosexual will have 500-1,000 sexual partners in his or her lifetime is a shocking statistic. Whether man or woman, if a heterosexual person admitted to having 1,000 sexual partners we would consider that person immoral, and be concerned with the potential for disease. And yet this is a normal characteristic within the homosexual community and no one seems to want to talk about it.

Lord Monckton, writing for WND, reports that Councilor Crestani boldly stood in the council chambers to read the following statistics regarding the health hazards resulting from the promiscuity of the homosexual lifestyle:

In Light of the Supreme Court Decision Let’s Celebrate Endangering Health and Harming Kids

In light of the Supreme Court’s decision to reject appeals from five states concerning the issue of marriage, thereby effectively legalizing same-sex “marriage” in those five states, I found a couple of other articles interesting.

Shouting just below the clamor of those rejoicing at the Supreme Court’s decision, and the advancement of same-sex “marriage” in general, is the common sense warning signs of the dangers of this lifestyle. First are the physical/health dangers inherent within homosexuality.

According to a recent “Morbidity and Mortality” report by the Centers for Disease Control, while gay men make up just 2% of America’s population, they account for nearly two-thirds of all HIV cases. A recent article states:

Healthy or Declining? Every Church Has a Choice to Make

Posted on September 12, 2014 in Theology by

Over the last few years I have sought to become a student of church health and growth. I grew up in churches that were of varying sizes and was always struck by the differences. What exactly makes a church grow? Why do some churches grow strong and healthy while others seem to limp along barely surviving?

The answers to those questions are vital to the health, growth, and longevity of the church.

In my search to understand the difference between a growing, healthy church and a declining church I read a lot. I make it a point to read the research and studies of church health and growth experts. In reading so much I have noticed trends among the experts regarding what it takes to reach younger generations and have a growing, healthy church. Let me share a couple of those trends with you.

I’m just looking at three of the most recent articles I’ve come across relating to church health and growth. But in each of these three articles several consistent trends appear to contribute to the decline and death of the church.

W.Va. House Approves 20 Week Abortion Bill

Posted on February 18, 2014 in Life by

WOWKTV.com is reporting: “A West Virginia House of Delegates committee has voted to pass a bill to limit abortions after 20 weeks. The proposal passed Monday in the Committee on Health would prohibit abortions after 20 weeks unless a physician deems a woman’s medical complications pose a risk to her life or would cause irreversible physical impairment. This does not include a woman’s psychological or mental condition.”

This is great news in light of the failure of our lawmakers last week to approve another bill to limit abortions after 20 weeks. I’m not sure why our lawmakers, many of them claiming to be pro-life, can’t accurately represent the people of West Virginia by enacting common sense health and safety regulations on the unregulated abortion industry in our state. Are they afraid of doing what’s right and making the people that elected them happy?

One curious note to this article came when it said: “The bill would also compel physicians who perform abortions after 20 weeks to do so in such a way that provides the best opportunity for the unborn child to survive. Under the bill, all abortions would be reported to the Division of Health and anyone who performs an abortion in violation of the bill would face felony charges.”

How exactly do you perform an abortion “in such a way that provides the best opportunity for the unborn child to survive”? Is there a method of abortion that encourages life? This is a strange report that hopefully will be answered by lawmakers as this bill progresses.

Let’s call and email our lawmakers and let them know that we support this bill and want to see it signed into law in order to protect both women and children in West Virginia. You can find all your elected officials contact information at the West Virginia Legislature website.

WV Attorney General Tells Legislature Abortion is Permitted Up to Birth in the State

Posted on January 20, 2014 in Life, Public Policy by

While answering questions before the legislature last week, West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey reiterated that West Virginia currently allows abortion for any reason up to the moment of birth. Controversy erupted last summer when Morrisey, in response to a lawsuit filed against the largest abortion clinic in the state, announced that his office would conduct an investigation into current abortion laws in the state.

The results of that investigation is that Morrisey has concluded that West Virginia does indeed allow abortions for any reason up to the moment of birth. In other words, West Virginia currently does not regulate the abortion industry operating within its borders. In fact, tattoo studios and hair salons are subject to more regulation than abortion clinics.

Morrisey told the legislature:

Poll: Most Americans Favor Abortion Waiting Period

Posted on January 14, 2014 in Life by

The percentage of Americans that are pro-life is growing, that much is sure. As that number grows, so does the percentage of people that favor other common sense measures. A mandatory waiting period before an abortion is a common sense measure that is gaining support nationwide. An article at LifeNews.com comments:

149 Abortions for Every Adoption Referral

Posted on December 13, 2013 in Life by

Planned Parenthood is an aboriton business. We must start with that in order to have an honest discussion about the organization. People that claim they “do good services” for women aren’t being honest if they don’t admit that the primary “service” of Planned Parenthood is abortion. To further show just how important abortion is to women, a recent report states that last year Planned Parenthood did 149 abortions for every adoption referral.

Further statistics show the low level of concern Planned Parenthood has for women’s health:

“PPFA reported a substantial drop in its clinic numbers between December 2012 and December 2013.
“Planned Parenthood reported a 6.7 percent decrease worldwide in customers for its ‘sexual and reproductive healthcare and education.’ In the U.S., it reported seeing 10,000 fewer unduplicated customers than in 2011.

“One of the most glaring numbers was the steep decline in prenatal services-a 31.97 percent decline from the prior year.

“In addition, Planned Parenthood’s highly touted cancer screening services dropped 14.22 percent from the 2011 numbers.”
Just so we’re clear, Planned Parenthood is an abortion business. Click here for original article.

Does Planned Parenthood Really Care About Women?

Posted on November 18, 2013 in Family, Sexuality by

Parents in Europe can breathe a little easier after a draft report seeking to establish abortion as a fundamental human right was rejected by the European Union.

A report on the incident states, “The resolution on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights was presented by Portuguese MEP Edite Estrela but her report is said to be the work of the International Planned Parenthood Federation in Brussels.”

The reason this is important is twofold. First, it seems our lawmakers of late envy Europe and want to refashion the United States in the image of Europe. They repeatedly cite cases, laws, and even culture as a reason for change here in the U.S. I suppose the government overreach, failing economy, and complete lack of moral compass doesn’t mean much to Washington; but it sure does to Americans. We left Europe for a reason.
