Google: A Corrupt Company Culture Conservatives Should Reconsider

Most people are familiar with the former Google engineer that was fired for writing a memo in which he made comments Google found incompatible with their corporate culture. James Damore wrote the memo to express his belief that it was possible more men work in technology due to personal choice and perhaps due to the inherent biological differences between men and women. Of course such notions can hardly be spoken among friends at a dinner party, much less in corporate America where any hint that differences exist will be immediately vilified.
So James Damore was fired.
Charlottesville: Thinking Biblically About Racism and Race-Based Violence

As Christians, we need to think biblically about this incident, and about racism in general. Before we do that, I want to point out a couple of things that are important for us to consider.
First, the people involved in this demonstration were young. It has been common to think that racists are old, outdated people that will soon die and take their evil ideas with them. But, the faces in the crowd in Charlottesville were young. I can only assume that their grandfathers are dead because, if they were alive, they would denounce their activity and remind them that they fought a world war because of racism.

How Mark Cuban and Al Sharpton Prove Liberals Like Racists

I have no trouble agreeing that there is no place for racism in our society. That’s’ a no brainer that we can all get behind and unite around. But if that is the case then racism in all its forms – including black on white racism – must be punished. To allow Al Sharpton, Charles Barkley, Michael Jordan, Spike Lee and others to continue their lives unscathed by their racist comments is what perpetuates racism. The reverse racism that is rampant in our country is serving to fuel the racist fires.
No group of people, black, white, Jewish or otherwise, can fight to end racism while living a racist life. And yet Sharpton and his ilk have done just that. It’s good money for Sharpton. But he has served no one and made no difference in the world.
