SHOCKING VIDEO: Planned Parenthood is Selling Aborted Baby Body Parts

Posted on July 20, 2015 in Life by

Considering that it is a federal crime to sell or traffic body parts of aborted babies. But, as usual, Planned Parenthood doesn’t let a little thing like the law get in the way of their profits. The following video (contains graphic discussion) shows a Planned Parenthood official describing the routine practice of securing specific body parts during an abortion procedure for the purpose of selling them to buyers.

As if abortion wasn’t enough of a morally outrageous crime. Planned Parenthood is also acting as traffickers of human organs for the purpose of profit. The ease and casualness with which the Planned Parenthood official, Deborah Nucatola, speaks about the actions of Planned Parenthood is alarming. She acts as if selling the body parts of murdered children is appropriate lunch conversation among friends. That in itself causes alarm. Does she have no conscience to act so nonchalantly about her barbaric actions?

You’ve Never Seen An Interview Like This One

Posted on June 22, 2015 in Life by

Interviews are a dime a dozen. They happen every day, multiple times a day. If you’re like me you often wonder why you are wasting your time listening to what seems to be a pointless interview. This interview, however, is very different. This interview is unlike anything you’ve every seen because this interview is with an unborn child.

The video below is titled “Interview with an Unborn Child.” LifeNews reported on this amazing video recently. In their report they give a brief synopsis of the video’s content.

“The creators of this very brief video (4:16) know that abortion is a sensitive topic and even many pro-lifers find brutally honest pictures of aborted babies very unsettlingly. So they immediately tell the viewer, ‘The film contains NO shocking images.’ And it doesn’t! Instead the narrator (the unborn child) ever-so-quietly reduces you to tears in about 60 seconds in. Why? How? Partly it is because the refrain ‘not even my mother’ is the narrative thread that binds the video together–that and the expressions of deep, deep pain etched on his mother’s face. The music is perfectly haunting. We understand immediately that this child is utterly alone and completely helpless.”

Take a few moments to watch the video and share it. This powerful message could change someone’s life.

A Court Just Ruled That A Pro-Life License Plate is the Same as Pornography and Bans It!

Posted on June 3, 2015 in Life by

A federal appeals court has decided that the New York DMV can refuse to issue a license plate stating simply “choose life” because the DMV (and court) finds the plate “patently offensive.”

The rejection based on the “patently offensive” criteria is the same measure used to ban pornography from public view. The court ruled that since the message of life is “patently offensive” to so many New Yorkers, it could cause road rage, and therefore it is acceptable to ban.

Where do I start in criticizing this absurd ruling by the court?

Let’s start with the idea that it is better to ban a license plate someone might find offensive than to allow on the grounds that it may cause an incident of road rage. First of all, if adults are not capable of driving on the road with another car carrying a license plate with a message they disagree with without engaging in road rage – I’m not sure they are fit to have a driver’s license. This line of reasoning is in itself “patently offensive” as it implies that people are not able to control themselves when faced with a message they disagree with.

BOOM! West Virginia Gets It Right By Passing Pro Life Law

Posted on June 1, 2015 in Life by

West Virginia has been on a dubious list for a very long time. We were one of just 9 states that had not one single law limiting abortion in any way. What that meant is that anyone could abort a child for any reason up to the moment of birth in West Virginia. And yet West Virginia has always been held as one of the most pro-life states in the country. It doesn’t make any sense.

But the state changed all that by becoming one of 11 states to pass a 20 week abortion bill. This means that abortions beyond the 20 week period without significant medical reason are now illegal. The Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act is a significant step in the right direction in defending the most vulnerable West Virginians.

Despite being vetoed twice by our “pro-life” governor, the State Legislature did the right thing in overriding Gov. Tomblins veto and making sure this important piece of legislation was passed. Now it has become law and West Virginians can be proud of the work of their legislature.

Video: An Unborn Baby Claps While His Parents Sing

Posted on March 30, 2015 in Life by

A recent post at LifeNews.com shares a really cool ultra-sound video of an unborn child seemingly clapping his hands as his parents sing. The article states:

“On March 26th, Jen Cardinal posted a YouTube video of her 14-week-old unborn baby clapping and it has already received over 100,000 views. Cardinal told the Daily Mail that she began singing ‘If You’re Happy And You Know It Clap Your Hands’ after she saw her baby clapping for the first time. She said, ‘At our 14 week ultrasound our baby was clapping, so I sang a song with our doctor as my husband filmed. The experience is one I’ll never forget. The baby clapped three times, then the doctor rewound and scrubbed it while we sang. No mystery. It was amazing.'”

Amazing indeed. Then again, unborn children have been shown to have some amazing capabilities while they are in the womb. LifeNews goes on to share a couple of newly discovered facts about unborn children:

“As LifeNews previously reported, a recent study published in Infant Behavior and Development revealed that babies in the womb are able to recognize words and even remember nursery rhymes if their mom repeats them between weeks 28 and 34. Another study published in the February 2014 Pediatrics suggested that the more words a preterm baby hears while in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), the more they respond with sounds of their own. This means that preemies could be developing speech patterns in the NICU. Additionally, the study found that an increased amount of parent talk was linked to higher language and thinking scores when the babies were older.”

While Planned Parenthood tries to convince us that unborn children are just a “blob of tissue,” science continues showing us just how human and amazing they are. Who’s anti-science now?

Songwriter for One Direction and Maroon 5 Writes Powerful Song for Unborn Son

Posted on March 23, 2015 in Life by

If you are singer/songwriter Sam Martin you have a lot to be proud of. Martin co-wrote Maroon 5’s top 10 single “Daylight,” David Guetta’s “Dangerous,” One Direction’s “Change Your Ticket,” and Nick Jonas’ “Wilderness.” But when Martin found out his wife, Joy, was pregnant, and heard his unborn son’s heartbeat for the first time, he was inspired to write a song.

Martin said that writing this song “was a spiritual experience” and “incredibly personal and meaningful.” He kept the song a secret from his wife until it was finished, but once complete, sang it for her as they both were “sobbing, uncontrollably crying.” The very simple song is powerful as it conveys the message that martin wants his son to know “I’m going to love you anyway.” And while Martin was surprised that the record company went along with his song and allowed him to record it, he is thankful.

Listen to Martin’s beautiful song below. If the video doesn’t appear automatically, please refresh your browser.

This Picture Proves Why We Need the 20 Week Abortion Ban

Posted on March 16, 2015 in Life by

As a resident of West Virginia, I am proud that our state legislature not only passed the “Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act,” I am proud that they passed it, then overrode the governor’s veto to make it state law.

Why is this an important bill?

The picture in this post is of a baby boy named David that died by miscarriage at 7 weeks old. What is immediately obvious by looking at the picture is that the unborn child is…a living human being! It is easy to identify arms, legs, the head, and the eyes beginning to form. The fact that this child, before he died through miscarriage, had a heartbeat makes it clear that it is a living child.

A recent article commenting on this story shares the words of the mother in the wake of her loss:

Have You Been Fooled By One of These Pro-Abortion Myths?

Posted on March 13, 2015 in Life by

Writing at Live Action News and LifeNews.com, pro-life activist and lawyer Kristi Burton Brown discusses “10 Pro-Abortion Myths That Need to be Completely Debunked.” What’s curious to me is that several of these myths have been offered as “convictions” by people claiming to be pro-life. One has to wonder if the constant media hounding of pro-life people has created compromises that pro-life people are willing to accept. I certainly hope not. What other explanation could there for a person claiming to be pro-life that finds an exception (read: loop hole) where killing an unborn child is acceptable? How can that be justified?

More to the point, if killing an unborn child can be justified in certain circumstances, can’t killing any person be justified? (This example does not include death incurred as the result of just war.) If killing a person can be justified in a few circumstances can’t those few circumstances eventually be expanded to include others? You see where this is going? The bottom line is that if killing the unborn can be justified in any way, it will (and must) lead to the killing to others.

Some of the “myths” Burton-Brown discuses are: (To read the entire list with commentary, click here)

Update: WV Legislature Overrides Governor’s Veto – Passes First Abortion Ban in the State!

Posted on March 9, 2015 in Life by

Despite being vetoed last year, and then again this year, the West Virginia legislature has successfully overrode Gov. Tomblin’s veto to pass the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. This means West Virginia now has it’s first abortion limiting law on the books. West Virginia was previously one of just nine states with not a single abortion limiting law in place. That meant a woman could get an abortion for any reason up to the moment of birth. Considering the fact that a vast majority of West Virginians are pro-life – that was simply not acceptable.

We were all disappointed when our “pro-life” governor vetoed this bill last year; a decision that told us all we need to know about where Tomblin stands on the issue of life. After a second veto this year, no one in West Virginia will ever wonder about Tomblin’s position or whether he will defend life – he won’t.

National Right to Life made the following comment concerning the legislature’s override:

“In a 27-5 vote, the West Virginia state Senate today joined with the state House of Delegates in voting to override Governor Earl Ray Tomblin’s veto of the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (HB 2568), legislation that protects unborn children from abortion at the point that they are able to feel pain. Tomblin’s veto came after the state House of Delegates and the state Senate overwhelmingly approved the bill in February. The legislature’s successful override of Gov. Tomblin’s veto means that the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act will go into effect in 90 days.”

Gov. Tomblin Vetoes 20 Week Abortion Bill Again! But Then This Happens…

Posted on March 6, 2015 in Life by

Gov. Tomblin – claiming to be pro-life – once again vetoed a bill that would make abortion after 20 weeks illegal. Currently, West Virginia is one of just 9 states that has no abortion limiting laws. In other words, a woman can get an abortion anytime up to the moment of birth for any reason in West Virginia. Ironically, most West Virginians are pro-life. But, we have elected leaders like Gov. Tomblin that claims to be pro-life but then vetoes pro-life bills. But, this story may have a happy ending after all.

A recent article reports that the West Virginia House of Delegates has overwhelmingly voted to override the Governor’s veto:

“The West Virginia state House overwhelmingly overrode a veto issued by West Virginia Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin of a bill to ban abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy on unborn babies who studies show can feel intense pain. Tomblin, who claims to be pro-life, has twice vetoed the pro-life legislation to protect unborn babies. The House voted 77-16 (7 not voting) to override the veto of HB 2568 and the state Senate is expected to follow suit.”

I applaud our delegates for doing what is right by protecting the most innocent and defenseless West Virginians. It’s a shame that our governor doesn’t have the moral fortitude to do the same, but I hope (and pray) the State Senate will follow the House example and override Tomblin’s veto.

Where does this leave Tomblin? Well, I heartily agree with pro-life leaders that expressed their disappointment with Tomblin’s veto:
