Worst Article Ever! “20 Tips for Your First Abortion” is One of the Worst Things I’ve ever Read!
Posted on March 1, 2016 in Life by Nathan Cherry
The reality of abortion is bad enough. The fact that some people defend it as though it is nothing more than a normal, everyday decision is also bad. But a recent article called “20 Tips for Your First Abortion” is perhaps one of the single most vile pieces of writing I’ve ever come across.
In this article, posted to a feminist website, the author, using a pen name (I don’t blame her. I wouldn’t want anyone to know I wrote this either) tells women to ignore the fact that the person on the phone making the appointment to kill her baby doesn’t care. She advises women to “take the nonchalance as a sign that it is no big deal. It could be a teeth cleaning. A very deep teeth cleaning.”
Yeah, because killing a living human being and getting your teeth cleaned are really similar. Seriously?
And the title of this article is subtle yet clearly worded: these are tips for your first abortion. This author wants to make it clear that once you have an abortion it will be easy to have another. Statistically, very few women have repeat abortions. The trauma encountered by the procedure keeps a vast majority of women from ever having another. But don’t tell this author, she wants you to pretend this is just a “teeth cleaning” so you’ll feel free to have as many abortions as needed.
Here’s a few of the author’s “tips” for preparing to kill your unborn child:
UPDATE: West Virginia Lawmakers Working to Protect Unborn from Barbaric Torture
Posted on February 18, 2016 in Life by Nathan Cherry
A bill to protect the unborn from being torn limb from limb in what is known as a “dismemberment abortion” has made it through committee and will now move on to a second committee vote.
As I mentioned previously, West Virginia is seeking to pass the Unborn Child Protection from Dismemberment Abortion Act, SB 10, to protect the unborn from a cruel and barbaric procedure that many doctors say is absolutely unnecessary. The very idea that anyone would support tearing an unborn baby apart in the womb reveals the hardened conscience of our culture.
Abortion advocates have said dismemberment abortion is an “emergency procedure” and only used in extreme cases. But many doctors have testified that there is no emergency that would require such an emergency. Fabricating “facts” in order to torture and kill the unborn seems to be standard in the abortion industry, but it should not be tolerated in West Virginia.
I encourage everyone to take a few minutes to contact your lawmakers and ask them to support passage of SB 10. If they refuse then it’s time we find new lawmakers. West Virginia has been shaking things up politically in recent years and the results have been positive. Now is the time to move forward with protecting life in our state once and for all.

This Super Bowl Commercial Made Abortion Advocates Crazy-Most People Thought It Was Funny
Posted on February 16, 2016 in Life by Nathan Cherry
Everyone loves a well-done Super Bowl commercial. The prime-time advertising spots cost millions of dollars, but when 100 million people see your commercial it seems to be money well spent. I had pegged one commercial as the best of this year’s Super Bowl. And wouldn’t you know that abortion advocates thought it was the worst and took to the internet to show their disapproval.
If you recall, a Doritos commercial showed and unborn baby reaching for his father’s chip. The father moved the chip back and forth and the unborn child would follow and reach out for the nacho cheese snack. Suddenly, the mother grabbed the chip and threw it across the room. The unborn baby decided that was all he needed to make a grand entrance to the world and promptly came out of his mother’s womb. (Watch the ad below)
But the faithful abortion activists over at NARAL immediately decried the ad with this mind-numbing tweet:
West Virginia Lawmakers Want to Stop Unborn Babies from Being Ripped Apart. Here’s How You Can Help.
Posted on January 26, 2016 in Life by Nathan Cherry
Lawmakers in West Virginia’s legislature are hoping to continue moving forward after last year’s powerful pro-life statement. When Gov. earl Ray Tomblin vetoed a bill that would outlaw abortions after 24 weeks – when it is well-known that unborn children can feel pain – the legislature overwhelmingly voted to override his veto and pass the bill into law. Now, they are hoping to accomplish a similar outcome with a similar bill.
The Unborn Child protection from Dismemberment Abortion Act (S.B. 10/H.B. 4004) seeks to make dismemberment abortions illegal.
In the wake of the undercover videos showing how Planned Parenthood daily tears unborn children apart in order to sell them for body parts, West Virginia lawmakers are seeking to ban the practice. The undercover videos, released by the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) shocked the nation as they showed various Planned Parenthood executives discussing their regular practice of tearing unborn children apart in order to harvest organs for sale.
Knowing that at least two abortion clinics are in West Virginia – one in Charleston and one in Parkersburg/Vienna – and that they are associated with Planned Parenthood; it is reasonable to assume that the barbaric practice is taking place in our state. While we claim that “Mountaineers are free” we are subjecting our most vulnerable and helpless citizens to a practice that isn’t even done to violent criminals in our prisons. In fact, it’s interesting to note that should such a practice be done to animals there would be a public outcry so quick and massive that the media couldn’t contain it.
And yet, a torturous and barbaric practice is taking place against unborn children and hardly a whimper can be mustered. Until now.
She Claims to be a Christian, Minister, AND a Planned Parenthood Volunteer

I’ve almost come to the conclusion that nothing is shocking anymore. In a world where people get paid obscene amounts of money to sing, act, or play sports while the people educating our kids struggle to get by. It’s hard to fathom too much that would be shocking.
For that matter, we live in a world where our government works hard to protect plants and animals while they endorse the whole-sale murder of unborn children. So I say once again that it seems we are living a time when nothing can shock us.
Then I ran across this gem of a story.
Methodist Minister: I Help Women Get Abortions at Planned Parenthood Because I’m a Christian
Emma Akpan is a self-identified Christian, minister, and Planned Parenthood volunteer. She says that helping women at Planned Parenthood to kill their unborn children is something she does “because of my faith.” She recently said:
Warning: Latest Planned Parenthood Video Showing Organ Harvesting is Graphic
Posted on August 3, 2015 in Life by Nathan Cherry
The latest (4th) undercover video of a Planned Parenthood executive discussing organ harvesting and the money profited by the procedure is hard to watch. The discussion is graphic as you realize that they are talking about removing “intact specimen’s” through abortion; which means killing unborn babies through grisly means only to harvest their organs. But perhaps the hardest part of the video comes around the 9 minute mark when the footage shows an actual organ harvesting “demonstration” and the doctor talks about all the parts: heart, foot, leg, etc. It’s at this moment the doctor says “it’s a baby” and you realize just how evil this action is.
Watch the video below. Be warned that the footage and discussion are very graphic. If the video doesn’t appear automatically, please refresh your browser.
You’ve Never Seen An Interview Like This One
Posted on June 22, 2015 in Life by Nathan Cherry
Interviews are a dime a dozen. They happen every day, multiple times a day. If you’re like me you often wonder why you are wasting your time listening to what seems to be a pointless interview. This interview, however, is very different. This interview is unlike anything you’ve every seen because this interview is with an unborn child.
The video below is titled “Interview with an Unborn Child.” LifeNews reported on this amazing video recently. In their report they give a brief synopsis of the video’s content.
“The creators of this very brief video (4:16) know that abortion is a sensitive topic and even many pro-lifers find brutally honest pictures of aborted babies very unsettlingly. So they immediately tell the viewer, ‘The film contains NO shocking images.’ And it doesn’t! Instead the narrator (the unborn child) ever-so-quietly reduces you to tears in about 60 seconds in. Why? How? Partly it is because the refrain ‘not even my mother’ is the narrative thread that binds the video together–that and the expressions of deep, deep pain etched on his mother’s face. The music is perfectly haunting. We understand immediately that this child is utterly alone and completely helpless.”
Take a few moments to watch the video and share it. This powerful message could change someone’s life.
BOOM! West Virginia Gets It Right By Passing Pro Life Law
Posted on June 1, 2015 in Life by Nathan Cherry
West Virginia has been on a dubious list for a very long time. We were one of just 9 states that had not one single law limiting abortion in any way. What that meant is that anyone could abort a child for any reason up to the moment of birth in West Virginia. And yet West Virginia has always been held as one of the most pro-life states in the country. It doesn’t make any sense.
But the state changed all that by becoming one of 11 states to pass a 20 week abortion bill. This means that abortions beyond the 20 week period without significant medical reason are now illegal. The Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act is a significant step in the right direction in defending the most vulnerable West Virginians.
Despite being vetoed twice by our “pro-life” governor, the State Legislature did the right thing in overriding Gov. Tomblins veto and making sure this important piece of legislation was passed. Now it has become law and West Virginians can be proud of the work of their legislature.
A recent article comments on this new law:
Video: An Unborn Baby Claps While His Parents Sing
Posted on March 30, 2015 in Life by Nathan Cherry
A recent post at LifeNews.com shares a really cool ultra-sound video of an unborn child seemingly clapping his hands as his parents sing. The article states:
“On March 26th, Jen Cardinal posted a YouTube video of her 14-week-old unborn baby clapping and it has already received over 100,000 views. Cardinal told the Daily Mail that she began singing ‘If You’re Happy And You Know It Clap Your Hands’ after she saw her baby clapping for the first time. She said, ‘At our 14 week ultrasound our baby was clapping, so I sang a song with our doctor as my husband filmed. The experience is one I’ll never forget. The baby clapped three times, then the doctor rewound and scrubbed it while we sang. No mystery. It was amazing.'”
Amazing indeed. Then again, unborn children have been shown to have some amazing capabilities while they are in the womb. LifeNews goes on to share a couple of newly discovered facts about unborn children:
“As LifeNews previously reported, a recent study published in Infant Behavior and Development revealed that babies in the womb are able to recognize words and even remember nursery rhymes if their mom repeats them between weeks 28 and 34. Another study published in the February 2014 Pediatrics suggested that the more words a preterm baby hears while in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), the more they respond with sounds of their own. This means that preemies could be developing speech patterns in the NICU. Additionally, the study found that an increased amount of parent talk was linked to higher language and thinking scores when the babies were older.”
While Planned Parenthood tries to convince us that unborn children are just a “blob of tissue,” science continues showing us just how human and amazing they are. Who’s anti-science now?

Songwriter for One Direction and Maroon 5 Writes Powerful Song for Unborn Son
Posted on March 23, 2015 in Life by Nathan Cherry
If you are singer/songwriter Sam Martin you have a lot to be proud of. Martin co-wrote Maroon 5’s top 10 single “Daylight,” David Guetta’s “Dangerous,” One Direction’s “Change Your Ticket,” and Nick Jonas’ “Wilderness.” But when Martin found out his wife, Joy, was pregnant, and heard his unborn son’s heartbeat for the first time, he was inspired to write a song.
Martin said that writing this song “was a spiritual experience” and “incredibly personal and meaningful.” He kept the song a secret from his wife until it was finished, but once complete, sang it for her as they both were “sobbing, uncontrollably crying.” The very simple song is powerful as it conveys the message that martin wants his son to know “I’m going to love you anyway.” And while Martin was surprised that the record company went along with his song and allowed him to record it, he is thankful.
