VICTORY: Creator of Undercover Planned Parenthood Videos Acquitted of All Charges

Daleiden and a partner secretly taped the videos, released over the last year, as they conversed with a number of Planned Parenthood executives directly responsible for obtaining and selling the body parts. As they were released to the public a great outcry ensued. Planned Parenthood (PP) CEO Cecile Richards immediately went into damage control mode as she tried to convince the American people that PP did nothing wrong.
Richards and the PP media machine went into overdrive to discredit the videos, saying they were doctored. Daleiden responded by releasing the unedited footage. So Richards went on a media tour explaining that there was no profit from the sale of the body parts. Again, Daleiden released footage to the contrary. At every turn the videos undermined what PP said and showed that the abortion merchant is a criminal organization.

If you don’t think elections have consequences you haven’t been paying attention for the past 8 years. If you think the upcoming election won’t have consequences, you simply have no grasp on our current cultural position.
The most pro-abortion president in American history has had 8 years in the White House. His tenure has produced two staunch abortion advocates on the Supreme Court. With these allies firmly in place for the rest of their lives the high court of our country currently stands firmly with the abortion industry. That realty has had a devastating effect on the efforts of individual states to pass common sense laws to protect women and unborn children from the barbarism of abortion.
The most recent setback to efforts of pro-life advocates came from the Supreme Court ruling in the Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt case. The court decided that requiring abortion doctors to have admitting privileges to local hospitals and requiring abortion clinics to adhere to the same building standards as ambulatory surgical centers were unconstitutional and “not medically necessary.”
To break this down, which will help understand the absurdity of the pro-abortion position and the court’s ruling, let’s make sure we understand exactly what these two laws were seeking to accomplish.

It looks as though Planned Parenthood will have to find a way to spin yet another damning piece of evidence against their abortion business. After a congressional committee found conclusive evidence that Planned Parenthood in fact did profit from the sale of aborted baby body parts, the world’s largest abortion merchant once again has some explaining to do.
What has become apparent is that procurement companies used their websites to advertise and sell every baby body part imaginable. Clients would go to the site, select the part they desired, and the company would then partner with a Planned Parenthood clinic to supply that part…for a price.

The chart below shows exactly what various body parts are being sold for to procurement companies. These companies are contacted by interested parties seeking to buy aborted baby body parts, the company then goes to an abortion clinic to harvest the parts and sells them to the interested party, according to a recent article.
So what is a brain worth? What is a liver or pancreas or leg worth? The chart shows what was charged for specific parts along with the quantity harvested by one company. The reality that unborn children are being killed and their bodies are being sold for parts is horrifying. What kind of society accepts and promotes this behavior as good?
The Guy that Exposed Planned Parenthood is Fighting Back Against Corrupt District Attorney

In short, during the grand jury proceedings, which are supposed to be secret, it appears that Devon Anderson’s office provided material evidence against Planned Parenthood to Planned Parenthood and their attorney’s! So even though Planned Parenthood was supposed to be the subject of the investigation and grand jury, it seems quite obvious that Devon Anderson made sure David Daleiden and his undercover videos were being investigated. The word “corrupt” comes to mind.
Then again, let’s be honest. Planned Parenthood has been involved in more scandals than Hillary Clinton; and that is really saying something. Every other month a new scandal involving illegal practices, illegal money, and false statements surfaces. Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards spends half her time schmoozing abortion activists in Congress for money and the rest of her time putting out the fires resulting from illegal activity.

This is almost too egregious to believe. And yet the headlines are no joke and make it very clear that Planned Parenthood and their bought-off political allies will stop at nothing to advance their pro-death movement.
David Daleiden, the man that released the undercover videos exposing the sale of aborted baby body parts by Planned Parenthood had his home raided by politicians in California. The California Attorney General, Kamala Harris, ordered the raid on Daleiden’s home. Besides the obvious violation of Daleiden’s First Amendment rights, this is a particularly horrendous crime due to the fact that the people raiding his home have been paid by Planned Parenthood. Significant progress has been made concerning the defense of the unborn across our country. State legislatures are enacting pro-life laws to defend the unborn at a record pace. Abortion clinics are closing in historic numbers and currently there is far fewer clinics than there was just 15 years ago. As a nation, we are moving towards defending the unborn as science continually affirms the humanity of children in their mother’s womb.
But despite the reality that a majority of Americans want abortion reform; despite a majority of Americans claiming to be pro-life; two presidential candidates want to move us backwards and undo the significant progress made.
In an interview recently, candidate Hillary Clinton made it clear that she believes abortion is more of a right than life for the unborn. She made this statement:

The Center for Medical Progress (CMP) has released a 12th undercover video showing that Planned Parenthood actively changes the abortion procedure to harvest fully intact “specimens” to sell.
The latest video features Jennefer Russo, medical director at Planned Parenthood in Orange County, California, telling undercover investigators how her clinic seeks to harvest fully intact babies in order to sell the bodies to a bioscience company. In case you didn’t know, knowingly altering the abortion procedure is a federal crime. Selling fetal body parts for profit is also a federal crime. The undercover videos released by CMP have proven definitively that Planned Parenthood has daily broken both of those federal laws.
You might be wondering why Planned Parenthood has not faced any criminal charges. Why hasn’t anyone been arrested? The truth is that Planned Parenthood is protected by the most pro-abortion president in United States history. President Obama has repeatedly “blessed” Planned Parenthood for their work and given billions of dollars in tax-money to the abortion business despite objections from Americans. (Hillary Clinton is a big fan of Planned Parenthood as well.)
