URGENT: Bill to Ban Dismemberment Abortions Headed to Governor Tomblin

A bill to ban dismemberment abortions in West Virginia has made it through the legislature and been strongly supported by lawmakers on both sides of the aisle. The “West Virginia Unborn Child Protection from Dismemberment Abortion Act, SB 10,” is now headed to Governor Tomblin’s desk to approval after passing through the legislature with a 86-13 vote of approval.
The problem is that Governor Tomblin has already shown his lack of support for pro-life laws. Tomblin vetoed a bill to make abortion on unborn children over 20 weeks illegal. Thankfully the legislature over-rode his veto and the bill became law. What Tomblin will do with this new bill designed to further strengthen West Virginia’s defense of the unborn is anyone’s guess.
A recent article carried comments from supporters of the bill from across the state. Each comment recognizes the humanity of the unborn and the absolute barbarity of allowing an unborn child to be torn limb from limb in the womb. The reality that such a procedure is legal anywhere in the world reflects the evil profit for murder mentality that is so pervasive in the abortion industry.

VIDEO: Planned Parenthood Reveals Accounting Gimmick Used to Break Federal Law

A newly released video by The Center for Medical Progress (CMP) reveals the deceitful accounting tactics used by Planned Parenthood to profit in the sale of aborted baby body parts. The video (posted below) shares a conversation between CMP investigative journalist David Daleiden and a Planned Parenthood Director of Research Melissa Farrell.
The accounting gimmick used involves using dual invoices and subtle phrasing in order to charge extremely high prices for “specimens” that cost Planned Parenthood virtually nothing. This means Planned Parenthood was making a great deal of profit on each “specimen” it sold; a practice that is blatantly illegal. A recent article shares some detail:
“Daleiden says the system of accounting gimmicks and dual invoicing for “consent” payments in place of fetal specimens that Melissa Farrell describes in the video bears a striking resemblance to invoices submitted by Farrell on behalf of PPGC to the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2010 and 2011. In these documents, obtained through a Public Information Act request, two PPGC invoices for the exact same billing period charge $25 per “Consents obtained,” with a total quantity of 32, and in the same time period charges $150 per “Consent payment” for a smaller quantity of 25. This is consistent with a scheme where Planned Parenthood charged $25 to consent abortion patients to supply fetal tissue, and then charged another $150 for each usable fetal specimen that UTMB could procure.”
What The…!? The Guy Who Exposed Planned Parenthood’s Illegal Activity is Being Charged with a Crime!?

I’m typically a big fan of Texas.
Texas is a place where steak is served at every meal, guns are encouraged, and the San Antonio Spurs call home. Oh, and I was born in Texas. All in all Texas is a great place that many states could learn from.
However, Texas has recently made headlines for something that defies the imagination.
By now most people are aware that a series of undercover videos exposed the illegal and barbaric practices of Planned Parenthood in selling aborted baby body parts for money. The videos have been so damning to the abortion business that many states are cutting funding to Planned Parenthood and a majority of Americans want federal funding cut. (That’s not likely to happen as long as the most pro-abortion president in US history is in office. Think before you vote.)
David Daleiden and his group, the Center for Medical Progress, spent several years undercover secretly videotaping conversations with Planned Parenthood executives about their daily practices in securing aborted baby body parts to be sold for money. The videos caught many high-ranking Planned Parenthood executives discussing the practice as if they were selling used auto parts. It was nonchalant to them. Some remain proud of their actions today.
These Are Some of the Reasons Support for Abortion is Plummeting – And They’re Good Reasons!

Support for abortion is dropping. That is a fact certifiable across the country. You might not have known that by watching many media outlets that shower praise on groups like Planned Parenthood for their “courageous” work in killing unborn children. And our presidents wish that “God bless” the work and people of Planned Parenthood might give the impression that Americans support the world’s largest abortion merchant.
The truth however is that support for Planned Parenthood and abortion in general is falling. Planned Parenthood is more nervous each year as state legislatures pass more and wide-ranging pro-life laws aimed at stopping the bloodshed.
I came across an article at Ligonier sharing “18 Reason the Abortion Industry is Losing Support” and thought it was not only well written but acutely accurate. The reasons shared not only shine a bright light on the truth of how Americans feel about abortion; they counter the well-crafted media talking points we are bombarded with each day.
Take a quick look at these 18 reason for the decline in support for abortion and see if they ring true and give you reason to continue defending life.
Video: Planned Parenthood Breaks Federal Law to Sell Baby Body Parts

A new video has been released by the Center for Media Progress (CMP) showing Planned Parenthood executives explaining how they alter the abortion procedure to harvest fetal organs. This might be surprising to some, but if you know anything about Planned Parenthood you know they will do anything for money.
Just to be clear, altering the abortion procedure is against federal law. And Planned Parenthood CEO Cecil Richards has repeatedly claimed that alterations do not happen. And yet, the video below clearly shows otherwise. CMP president David Daleiden made the following comment about Planned Parenthoods tactics:

uppose you went to church on Sunday morning to hear God’s Word and listen to a sermon or lesson intended to help grow you spiritually. You’re eager to know how God’s Word applies to your life today and how you can look through a biblical lens at the issues that permeate our culture. You sit eagerly waiting to hear the message God has given your pastor when the pastor begins by say he/she wants to discuss the biblical support for abortion!
That may seem far-fetched; as if there is no way any pastor would express support for something so obviously wrong. Right?
Unfortunately the reality that there exists members of the clergy that regularly teach God’s Word to those gathered in their congregation while also supporting abortion is true. Even sadder is that it is not one or two “rogue” or isolated pastors adhering to this lamentable position. In fact, according to a recent article, 53 pastors in the state of Texas alone support abortion:

Two shootings have occurred in the last month. I know you know about them, we all know about them because the media is fixated on the shootings. They want to bring us every possible detail – even the ones we don’t want or need – in order to make sure we all know that these shootings are the fault of the pro-life movement and global warming skeptics.
Yep, you read that right. According to the media and all their political allies, such as President Obama, Planned Parenthood, members of Congress, and many Hollywood elite, these shootings were caused by pro-lifers and global warming skeptics.
Now, if that seems odd and not at all sensible to you, you are probably exercising common sense and critical thinking skills. These skills are not as common as you think in our current culture where political correctness and groupthink rule the day. So if you’re paying attention to actual facts about these cases and have concluded that the shooters were neither pro-life nor did they have anything to do with the global warming issue, you’re doing just fine.
The first shooting, taking place at a Planned Parenthood facility in Colorado Springs, CO. was the work of a man that has been identified as a registered Independent voter, a woman, and a transgender. To date no one can show any ties to the pro-life movement. And yet, simply because he chose a Planned Parenthood clinic to commit a violent crime every pro-lifer has been blamed. In fact, even pro-life views have been called out by the liberal media for being “violent.” Can someone please help me understand how asking for all life – from conception to natural death – to be respected is “violent”?
Did You Know the Planned Parenthood Shooter was a Pro-Life, Christian, Conservative, Republican?

Last week a man committed a terrible act of violence at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs, CO. Depending on what article you read about this incident the picture you will get of the gunman, Robert Dear, will be very different. In fact, as more details emerge about this man and his crime(s), the entire story becomes very troubling.
Abortion activists are painting Mr. Dear as a pro-life activist and calling his crime an act of “domestic terrorism.” They are using the tragic events as an opportunity to paint pro-life activists as extremists that condone violence (a twisted sort of irony).
Gun control advocates are using the incident as an opportunity to call for stricter gun laws. They see Mr. Dear as the typical American gun owner and want to make it more difficult to own a gun.
Some even decided to be very specific with their blame by saying the shooting was the fault of “Christian, white, conservative, Republicans.” These accusations were made while the shooting was still going on and before the suspect was in custody? Either the media coverage was extremely biased and those reporters should be ashamed of themselves; or someone is trying to create an artificial picture of specific groups for a political agenda.
When Planned Parenthood Talks About “Donating Tissue” This Is What They Mean

Planned Parenthood has used this smoke and mirrors tactic for many years, but recently, thanks to the efforts of groups like the Center for Medical Progress and Live Action, the shiny exterior Planned Parenthood has tirelessly defended is now terribly tarnished. In fact, if it were not for their partnership with the most pro-abortion president in American history, I have no doubt Planned Parenthood would be nearly non-existent. They are sustained primarily by our tax dollars, secured by President Obama and defended by his administration.
Now that the smoke is dissipating, Planned Parenthood is working night and day to preserve their reputation. This can be seen in their decision to “stop selling baby body parts.” While they continue to claim that they’ve done nothing wrong, and are within the boundaries of the law, they suddenly decided to release a statement about their decision. Planned Parenthood Doctor Thinks Harvesting Baby Hearts is “Cute”

The latest undercover Planned Parenthood video shows us more of the same callousness toward human life that we’ve become accustomed to with Planned Parenthood. In the video, Dr. Amna Dermish can be seen describing her procedure for organ harvesting. Looking at some of her comments it’s clear that there is no remorse for her actions. That alone is deeply disturbing. Take a look at some of the things she said:
“It was trunk intact, so usually what I do, if it’s a breech presentation, I’ll remove the extremities first, the lower extremities, and then go for the spine and sort of bring it down that way.”
“I always try to keep the trunk intact. Always trying to aim for the spine to bring it down. It just makes the procedure easier.”
“One of our POC persons is really into organ development. She’ll pull out kidneys, and heart and like heart we frequently see at nine weeks and she always looks for it.”
Dermish and another Planned Parenthood affiliate described the heart as “cute” when they harvest it. As if it was a game and the not the callous murder of an unborn child. But what they also show us is the humanity of the unborn. If the heart can be harvested at 9 weeks then it is beating. When someone stops a beating heart it is usually considered murder.
